Craniosacral therapy (CST)

CST is a light touch manual therapy that focuses on improving the structure and function of the body, in particular the central nervous system, so that the body as a whole can work at its higher level. 

The therapist uses a subtle and sensitive palpation and listens to specific rhythm and movements expressed through the tissues and flows of the body to identify areas under stress. This approach helps you to release long-held personal stress to restore the whole body integration and balance.

   Holistic approach

As holistic therapy, the whole person is considered to look for the underlying cause of a certain symptom in order to restore the whole body integration and balance.
