Craniosacral therapy (CST)


Craniosacral Therapy is a light touch manual therapy that focuses on improving the structure and function of the body, particularly the central nervous system. The therapist uses subtle and sensitive palpation and listens to the rhythm and specific movements expressed through the body's tissues and flows to identify areas of tension.

This approach helps to release long-held personal tensions to restore integration and balance to the whole body.

   Holistic approach


As holistic therapy, the whole person is considered to look for the underlying cause of a certain symptom in order to restore the whole body integration and balance.
